Animated Series (post 4)
Hello, in this post I will talk about the animated series I watched when I was a kid. At that age I lived with my father and mother, but they used to be busy working late at night and I would stay up late watching cartoons on tv. I used to watch Cartoon Network and Jetix which still existed back then.
My favorite
shows were; the grim adventures of Billy and Mandy, rocket powers, teen titans, Dexter’s
lab, lots of wrestling, x-men, spiderman, Three spies no limit, Codename: Kids Next Door, Jimmy neutron and other animated shows that at this point I probably
do not remember much.
Nowadays I
still watch a lot of animation because it is a creative genre that allows you
to think imaginatively on the screen, however the animated series I watch tend
to deal with more adult themes because as you get older your interests and
perspectives on things change. The series I have watched lately are infinity
train, avatar, midnight gospel, Rick and Morty, Over the garden wall and
gravity falls.
I would
also like to highlight the anime, because, although it is animation, it is
linked to the culture of Japan and can have a development for both children and
adults, if I had to recommend one, I don't know if I could do it because there
are many good anime but my favorite anime is Steins gate.
Finally, I
would like to add that the genre of animation is in development and has aspects
closely linked to art, either by the process of drawing or by the content that
can have each animation, also with the passage of time has been seen as it has
evolved and has gone from being a genre that entertained only the little ones
to one that raises principles in the adult world.
